Oracle now opens a certification: "Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle WebLogic Server 11g System Administrator"

Generally speaking, there exists 3 levels of certification: OCA, OCP and OCM... Oracle Certified Associate, or OCA, is the entry level to certifications offered by Oracle (and the only one that currently exists on WLS administration).
