Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All ,

We have defined a buidling and flats into it

against whihc one customer has booked the flat

due to any reason , Customer wants to transfer his booked flat to some one else

how do we do the process along with the billing , payment and accounting implications
