Can we can transaction during inter-organization transfer

Hi all,

Is there any option to cancel the transaction in inter-organization, suppose we have two organization A and B.

A transfer some goods to B and put entry in inter-organization transfer form in inventory module.

B did not receive that transaction. Before receiving or after receiving is there any option for A to cancel the transfer transaction.

I think there is no option, However still I want to reconfirm.
