loading data from a zip file using sqlldr utilitiy

Dear All, Please clear my doubt. I have  .dat file which contains large number of data. I have zipped it. Now I want to use this zip file to load the data to a table(not external table) using sqlldr utility.
is it possible?
if possible please provide the steps to me.
