Error while accesing Report Manager functions

Hi,

We are setting up the report manager. While accesing the " Financial Report Template Editor" it is popping an error message. The Error message is " You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance".

Please let us know if we are missing any setups. We have also enabled the profile option " FRM: User to Value Owner Access" to Yes at the user level.
