BI publisher is not taking the correct printer name to print the reports. Instead its a adding junk

Hi
I am trying to print reports through BI Publisher which is integrated to Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management.

When i request a report to be printed.The request successfully is submitted from SIM, and a message is displayed in SIM saying "Item Detail Report is printed".
But there is no output at the printer.

When i debugged the issue, i found the following errors in the BI
  " oracle.apps.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: tpra_Printer", my printer name is Zebra_Printer, but BI has removed Z,e and added tp, due to which the reports are failing.
