ZFS Appliance Simulator - problem running within Virtual Box v4.1.12 on Solaris 11 i86pc

Hi All,
I have the following running on my laptop

Solaris 5.11 11.0 i86pc i386 i86pc
Virtual Box v4.1.12 r77218

and have installed Sun_ZFS_Storage_7000 Appliance Simulator within the Virtual Box.

When I attempt to start the Simulator it gives me the following error:

"Failed to open/create the internal network
'HostInterfaceNetworking-e1000g0 - Intel Pro/1000 Gigabit Ethernet'
(VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_FAILED.

Failed to attach the network LUN
(VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_FAILED).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

Has anyone been successful in running this simulator on Solaris 11?
