ITS >> Service (Non Inventory) stuck as Inventory Items
Product is R12.1.3.
There are service (non inventory) items used in OE. Once a user applied Inventory_items_template to these Service-Items by-mistake. Later on we corrected the items back to be service items. As a result of that mistake some of the Sales Orders got stuck in the workflow, due to non-availablity of stock against these items.
Sales Orders are closed and AR Invoices are generated. But all these lines are pending in 'Transaction Interface' in Inventory and 'Interface Trip Stop' in Shipping Execusion'.
