JDE 9.1 Installation

Hi!
We've trying to install JDE 9.1 with document "JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Installation Guide Release 9.1 for Microsoft Windows with Oracle" E23311-01 and have some questions.
There is a screen in section 5.5.7  Enter Data Source Information for Server Map wich says to enter "Database Server Name". Does it means Enterprise server name or Database server name? We have two different servers. And in our old system 9.0 on Oracle VM Templates this parameter is set to Enterprise server name.
Can someone helps with that problem?
