New Database on Solaris 11 Best Practices?

I have a brand new T4-1 to hold a small 200GB database.  I am installing the latest and greatest releases. Does anyone have any best practices for Solaris 11?

Which would be a better way to configure the storage?  As filesystem under ZFS or to use ASM.
