Web ADI error when opening template in Excel 2010 : Run-time error 57101: Can't remove default refer

When I try to open a Web ADI general ledger journal entry template in Excel 2010, I get a Microsoft Visual Basic error - Run-time error '57101': Can't remove default reference.  I don't get any more information.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, what was your resolution?
