Impact for renaming the organization

Hi,

 

I have an existing Operating Unit setup with the following modules used OM, PO, INV, AR, AP , GL but there are no transactions and it was never used. I want to rename it to another organization and want to change the accounting entries. So what is the impact for this?

Can anybody please advice?
