Using Tax Classification Code of another regime

Hi,

We are planning to use  'Tax Classification Codes'  for AP,  to resemble the same tax calculation as that of R11i.   It works fine when the 'Ship From'   and 'Ship To'  both are of the same country as that of the 'Tax Regime'.   However it is not working correctly when  the Ship-To  is different from that of the 'Tax Regime' country.

Can you please share your experience on this?
