SLM:while approving the supplier-getting error --Cannot find the supplier that has been approved.

Hi

we wanted to have our own registration purpose in the look up and use this during the supplier registration process.

1. Perform the normal registration process..initiation and approval.
2. Send initial request
3. Supplier user fills the details and submits back.
4. Buyer reviews the details and send additional questionnaire.
5. Supplier fills additional RFI questionnaire and submits to buyer.
6. Buyer reviews the response,close the RFI and complete the RFI.
7. Buyer approves the request.

Getting an error message "Cannot find the supplier that has been approved"

This problem does not happen when the registration purpose is Sourcing negotiation .Appending the screenshots.
