Error: Flash or SVG not avilable

Hi,
While running BIP reports the output report instead of showing the pictures and graphics shows the message "Error:Flash or SVG is not available".
I already installed Adobe Flash and SVG viewer.i am using IE9 on my machine.
Kindly suggest.
