Ops Center 12c is known to be free of license fee for customers having a premium support contract.Ops Center 12c requires an Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition.
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition is known to be not free of license fee.

Do I have to pay license fees for use of Oracle Database 11g EE if it is used as the Ops Center 12c database engine?
