How to enable the recipe in the for of Create Batch/ Firm Planned Order?

Hi Experts,
I am new on manufacturing modules and did not know the whole practices, So as I make the recipe and formula and approved them but still that recipe is not coming on the Create Batch/ Firm Planned Order Form.
