Requistion Information processing option not pulling Address number of Recruiter/Approver

HI All,

On Processing option of P08102 Requisition Information there is option to put default recruiters address number. But when I enter default recruiter's address number it doesnt not pick that addresss number in the application. We have to put Requested By field manually else it throws error.

How do we populate default address number? Only Business Unit field is populating form processing option.
