Web applet not displaying report

Hi,

I've been working all day to pull an activity report into an Account web applet.  It is a basic report that pulls the activities associated to a specific account (Account ID is prompted).  The only other thing that is a little different about this is the HTML link built on the activity ID:

"http://"@[html]"<a target=_top href=https://secure-ausomxbha.crmondemand.com/O nDemand/user/TaskDetail?OMTHD=ReadTaskDetail&OMTGT=TaskDetailForm&TaskDetailForm.Id="@>@</a>   

"http://"@[html]"<a target=_top href=https://secure-ausomxbha.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/ApptDetail?OMTHD=ApptRead&OMTGT=ApptDetailForm&ApptDetailForm.Id="@>@</a> 

The Detail Page, HTML web applet reads:
