Reports are not completing(phase=running and status=normal)

HI,
When i run any reports from payable or fixed asset(revaluation summary report) ,the status is normal and phase is RUNNING...I dont know why it is not completing since 4 hours ago.

Active user report from sys admin is completed with normal status
