Self Service password reset
Hi
Is it possible to force users to input their email address when they first log into Self Service?
When they first log into the system they have to change the password from the one sent to them. I was wondering whether it was possible for users to be able to input the email address to enable them to reset their password in the future. Any other suggestions to better manage password resets would be appreciated as the moment it is cumbersome with users requesting password resets via email.
We have the option for users to reset their own passwords but this requires them to have their email details in the system.
