Upgrade to 11.2.0.3 from 11.2.0.1

Hi

While running DBUA, I encountered the error

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
I clicked ignore and the next line has the below error.

ERROR:
ORA-01704: string literal too long

The script that was being run is pasted below.  Can I continue to ignore?  What are my options.
