Patch download on new MOS (html site)

They updated the new MOS site at (supporthtml.oracle.com) last weekend and I'm seeing strange things with the patch download now. Whenever you select a patch it shows other languages of the patch that you can't turn off, at least that I can find. Very annoying and can't figure out what the benefit of this change is. Can someone from Oracle explain if this is the intended behaviour or is this a bug that was introduced with the changes last  weekend? I have cleared my cache several times and it does not help.
