Disable search criteria in LOV

Hi

We have just upgraded to version 12.1.3 and now have a minor issue.

When we want to enter/adjust invoices in the Payments window we now have to "search" in the LOV in order to see the invoices due for payment.
Before upgrade we did not need to put in search criterieas (eg.: %). Then the LOV just showed all invoices when we entered the enter/adjust invoices window.

Is there any one who knows how to fix this ??
