restore from one server to another

I need to do a restore from one server to another and the structure of the file system are different from the detail below:

 The source database is on server A and the distribution of the file system is:
 
 the .dbf are distributed in the following file system

/orasys01/GESTORCA/  --> (system01.dbf, sysaux01.dbf, users01.dbf)
/orasys01 --> (audit01.dbf)
/oradat01 --> (TS_GESTOR05.dbf, TS_GESTOR01.dbf, TS_GESTOR02.dbf, TS_GESTOR03.dbf, TS_GESTOR04.dbf y TS_GESTOR06.dbf)
/oraund01 --> (UNDO01.dbf)
/oraind01 --> (TS_GESTOR_IND.dbf)

the logfile are distributed as follows:
/orasys01/GESTORCA/ --> (redo01.log, redo02.log y redo03.log)
