User jobs history

We are using oracle 10.2.0.4.0 and users are using TOAD to submit their jobs. Today one user asked to find the history of job # 111 and 1806965 but I don't the view to find. We are NOT using OEM Grid Control.. Where can I find the execution history for last 7 days?

I looked into DBA_JOBS      and          DBA_JOBS_RUNNING        but it doesn't have the log for last 7 days.
