4-4-5 and Accounting Calendars

In Oracle GL, we need two Set of Books to be defined in Mexico - one for Corporate Reporting and another for Mexico government reporting. The Chart of Account and Currency (Mexican Peso) is common for both the Set of Books. Only the Calendar is different. Corporate SoB will have a fiscal 4-4-5 calendar from OCT-SEP. The Mexico government reporting will have a monthly accounting calendar from JAN-DEC. All journals that gets created in Corporate SoB has to be replicated in Reporting SoB by accounting period and not by date.

Can we leverage the Primary and Reporting Set of Books functionality to achieve this objective. If not please suggest any other approach using seeded Oracle functionality. The environment is 11.5.10 and journals are being created through sub-ledgers (AR, AP, Inv, FA etc) and also manually.
