LDAP Role Mapping with Agile Roles

I understand, if we integrate LDAP with Agile. When a new user is created or change those details will fed to Agile. Is there any possibility that, user created in LDAP should be send to Agile as well as associating a Role to it. Essentially i am looking is there any possibility to map LDAP roles with Agile PLM roles?
