Result Code 3955 STK SL3000 Issue

Hi All 

I just finish a Fresh installation of a Sun StorageTek SL3000 Library only the Base Module, when i finish the installation, the library doesn`t have  any alarm.
about 2 week ago an alarm appear on the Operator Panel leds, and the CAP Folder turn on a Warning sign on the SLC , im trying to bring online the Cap Via SLC 
but i couldn't, the Warn. Logs Display the next error :

                     Result Code : 3955
                     Text :  "Error from device Code: 751 - Cap move failed - cannot move"
