PKI authentication with Cient using Microsoft Certification Store and Server using Wallet over SSL

Trying to proof of concept something and can not get it to work. I would like to implement PKI authentication using Microsoft Certification Store on Client and Wallet on Server and run my sqlnet session over it. Has anyone done this so I know if its even doable? If so any trouble shooting steps would also be very appreciated.

Client Wallet to Server Wallet PKI authentication seems to work fine.

Client 10.2.0.3 ( mutiple Windows versions and oracle clients tried ) sqlnet.ora specifies Wallet method of MCS

Server 10.2.0.4 Windows 2008-R2 but would eventally be Solaris 10.2.0.4 database server.

Client connection always fails with "ORA-28788: user provided invalid information, or an unknown error"
