How to create a tablespace with a larger blocksize?

Hi experts.
The analysis made by the free awr report analysis from Burleson website, mentions that I have to rebuild my indexes to a tablespace with a larger blocksize.  The actual blocksize is 8192. How to create a tablespace with a bigger blocksize and
My tablespaces are managed by oracle for space performance, with segment space management auto.
