Oracle R12 - Is there a way to mass reassign a group of SR's from one owner to another? Or a group

Hi All

Is there a quick way to mass reassign the owner and/or assignee for  a group of SR's and/or a group of tasks?  When an employee leaves the company what is the best way to reassign those open items?  It is all manual process?
