Check Printing in R12 with Image and MICR Font using BI publisher

Hello Everyone,
 I have to creat a Template using BI publisher for check printing in Oracle R12. But Signature image and MICR font in printer key card which takes hex transfer codes only(for security purpose ----Maintained by Source Technologies). 
Oracle confirmed that there is no method in PASTA to pick up a signature stored in a chip on a printer. 


Is there any way that this problem will be solved. Do we have any other tools which takes this codes and prints signature image and MICR font.
