Upgrading 11.5.8 -> 12.1.3 Sales Compensation (OIC) Pay Plans can not be end dated

 Good afternoon;

We are in the process of upgrading our Oracle Applications from 11.5.8 to 12.1.3. This upgrade includes the full suite of financials, but the cumbersome show stopper that we are running into is within the Sales Compensation module.  

We are not able to end date a pay plan that is attached to a resource, therefore we are also not able to add a new pay plan to that same resource. We do have a SEV1 (24/7) SR open with Oracle, however we are continuing to run into difficulties.

Since the upgrade migration path is so long between current version and end state version, we do have to make multiple stops in the upgrade process to perform different functional steps.
