Anyone Upgrading from 11.5.8 to 12.1.3 Sales Compensation?

Good afternoon;

Is anyone else in the process of upgrading Sales Compensation, from 11.5.8 as the starting version?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, since we continue to run into data elements which have changed, and therefore are causing us critical points of failure on our R12 instance.
