Actual Cost Program Schedule

Hello Friend

After closing the batch, On hand quantity will increase, But cost wont update. (We are using PMAC- Raw Material & PWAC-Product). When ever run the Actual cost program,  Cost will update.

Here I have small doubt.

In the real time, Client will create the batch, Once it complete, they will transfer to another org. this time cost wont calculate. So can you please tell me any schedule required for actual cost program? If its like so how? Because I saw it in actual cost Program window also, I cant find any schedule.
