Anyone Upgrading Sales Comp from 11.5.8 to 12.1.3?

Good afternoon everyone;

We are in the final stages of UAT / Regression testing, and can not get past a sales compensation critical bug relating to payment plans, and not being able to end date them in 12.1.3.

Has anyone seen this before, and found a way around it? We are not able to add a new payment plan, since the old one is still active.

Any help would be appreciated.
