Recommendations for 3rd party scanning handheld devices?

Hi -
We want to use a handheld device to scan our equipment inventory (all inventory has a barcode on it), and then be able to upload those collection results back into Oracle FA so that we can run the Inventory Comparison process.

Does anyone have any recommendations for third party scanning handheld devices and software that interfaces nicely with Oracle eBS? We're on release 12.1.3.
