Change Application IP Address for EBS R.12.1.1

 Hi,
I wanna change my internet access and my IP Address for EBS Application R12.1.1. I use Linux for server OS. I have change IP Address in Network Configurations and I change internet hub to change internet access. but when I restart, my connection failed.

Are there any other way to change my IP address with the new internet access?? Any answer would be very helpful..
