Promotion Upgrade Issue

Dear All,

I have following issue with promotion upgrade scenario in 8.1.1.3 +ACR500+ACR471

Step 1: I have created the following test promotions with the below product structure:

a)Promotion1: Aditya Test Promotion1

            Min     Max   Default
Product1      1       1      1
Product2      2       2      2
Product3      3       3      3

b)Promotion2: Aditya Test Promotion2

Product2      1       1      1
Product4      4       4      4

Step2: Go to Promotion1-->In Upgrade Tab, Defined Upgrade To and Upgrade From information and defined the Upgrade Promotion

Step 3: I created an account and defined that account type as Residential

Created Sales Order for this account and added "Promotion1" and asseted the line items.

Here 4 asset line items got created with the following details:
