Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Hi,

For a new install of 11i, i log in the application.

With system administrator responsability, i click on the program "User/Define".

The system install correctly jinitiator.

After, i click "User/Define" and receive a blank page with teh url : res://ieframe.dll/acr_depnx_error.htm#....  

It's a permenant error, even though i log off and login again.

Any help ?
