Unable to see Claim Group ( mass settlement claim ) after submitting the mass settlement

After the 3rd step in the mass settlement creation process, when clicked on Submit, the control comes back to homepage of mass settlement but does not show the new claim group created.

I can see the new claim group in OZF_CLAIMS_ALL

The user creating the mass settlement is the default owner in the system setup. The user is also part of the Claims Admin Group

Am I missing any setup that enables me to see the claim group.
