Billi and Process prepaid credit cards with a low fixed amount
We bill on the 8th some customers have a prepaid credit card that they would like to use first to pay their invoice.
we do not process the charge until later in the month
How should I apply the prepaid card to the total invoice and be able to bill the balance using an different payment using the Auto Invoice and Auto Receipt processes
for example
Total invoice amount is $153.00
prepaid credit card is only good for $125.00 after the 23rd.
How do we apply this amount to the invoice on the 8th but do not process the card until the 24th?
