Data load without rules file - location of error log

I am using the administration guide to help me figure out why a file did not load.  Page 755 of the Admin guide states that the location of Dimension Build and Dala Load Error Logs is

ARBORPATH/APP/APPNAME/APPNAME.LOG.

What is the arbor path?
