iSupport Log&Notes issue

Hi,

In iSupport, I have setup a template with questions and answers when creating a servoice request.

This works fine. Hoiwever once the SR is created, in the log&notes, I see the asterisk characters in all the Q&A data... see the next few lines below.for example...
