US PAY: PA Act 32 => PSD Code Upgrade Process Output

I was wondering if someone at Oracle could review this output from the PSD Code Upgrade Process from patch 13921441. I can't tell from the output if we need to run it in Upgrade mode or not. I've reviewed note 1447771.1 and it isn't clear to me either. We may run it in upgrade mode anyway in this test instance but thought I would ask for clarification.

Applied "13921441 R121:PSD CODE UPGRADE PROCESS CONCURRENT PROGRAM"

Ran "PSD Code Upgrade Process" in GENTERATE mode.
