Expense Report Template

Dear Experts

My application version is 12.1.3

In my expense report template line if I change the value of an expense item will it reflect immediately in the expense type drop down of Expense report self service page.

It is not happening in my case. When I change the expense item name the changed expense does not appear in the expense type drop down of self service page.

Is it necessary to refresh/bounce any server before the changes are reflected
