New 6.1 My Oracle Support Community Features

New 6.1 My Oracle Support Community Features

We've been busy adding new My Oracle Support Community features, based on your feedback. A number of changes have been made.

  • You now have the ability to display and see an online presence. You have the ability to make your presence seen by going into the Profile tab in My Oracle Support Community and choosing the Make my Online Status visible to all members. Once you have done this, a small green icon will be seen in your avatar which will turn Green.

  • There is now a Logout feature. A number of users requested a "Sign out" feature to allow them to logout of My Oracle Support Community so we implemented a "Sign out" button in the top right hand corner of the banner.
