Oracle Data Integrator Bug patch 13810300

Hello,
I think there is a bug on this because when we are trying to upgrade the repositry work (on developpment environment) there is this message com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ERR_DATE', table 'SNPREF_WD.dbo.BCK_OBJ_TRACE'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
