Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

Serial number not visible for transcation after back order at shipping form.

Hi,

Its observed that if we make delivary qty zero at shipping transcation form, system generats backorder.

But all the serial number shows in Staging subinventory. While if we try to move the serial number from staging subinventory to

finished good subinventory using subinventory transfer, system not show the serial number in lot/serial number session..

Can anybody guide why it happens. and how to resolve this..
